Meet the Team! 🐶 Bri Callahan

This is our last post for our "meet the team" series and today we will be introducing co-founder Bri Callahan. 

Bri first broke into the health space when she joined a health insurance brokerage firm in 2015. She spent five years working in sales and customer service, consulting on employee benefit programs for self-funded employers. During her time there, she developed a passion for continuous improvement and sought a role that allowed her to be an industry change agent. Bri eventually landed a Data Operation Manager position at the insurtech startup where she also built a friendship with Mitchell and Caleb. She later took on additional responsibilities in finance, HR, and business operations. At Winston Health, Bri oversees operations and also contributes to sales. Bri is excited to bring a solution to market that helps people improve physical, mental, and financial health.

Together, Mitchell, Caleb, and Bri make up the founding team of Winston Health, and their diverse backgrounds and skill sets make them the right team to achieve our mission. They are able to develop innovative solutions to address the needs of self-funded employers when it comes to healthcare, while also having the technical expertise to develop and implement those solutions. With their combined knowledge, experience, and passion, they are poised to revolutionize the healthcare industry and help reduce healthcare costs for both employers and employees.
