Continuing with our "meet the team" series, today we will focus on introducing co-founder Caleb Weaver.
Caleb joined Mitchell at the insurtech as an intern in the engineering department. His natural talent for coding and strong work ethic impressed the entire team and earned him a full-time spot as an Associate Software Engineer by the end of the summer. He quickly rose through the ranks, contributing to almost every major product on the platform, and eventually moved into the role of Senior Product Manager. While working full time, he also built and successfully launched a digital hall pass app with several large school districts across the United States. At Winston Health, Caleb heads up product and engineering. Caleb is excited to build technology that unites employers and their employees in the fight against rising healthcare costs and lays the foundation for undoing the broken system of incentives that currently plagues the healthcare/insurance industry.
